In Your Eyes

Only in your eyes
do I see my face,
your love for me,
your warm embrace.

Not that your arms
are wrapped around me tight,
it is the love from your eyes
that cradles me in light.

The fullness I feel
when you gaze at me,
a reflection of love
flows in to me..

Only in your eyes
do I see my face,
acceptance and joy
that will never fade.

A love that will carry us
through life until death,
knowing you are with me -
always “we”.

Constant like the swells in the ocean
the Moon and the stars,
the tides and the seasons,
there you are.

The Sun and the Moon
the stars at night,
shine down on us both
deep love is the tie that binds.
