I Am Back!

Frantically getting my books ready for publishing I have been quiet. I am back now!

Hello everyone.

I apologize for being quiet these past two weeks. I have been getting my books ready to publish on Amazon. I am writing a Children’s book Series about Seasonal Holidays/vacations. Growing up, my Father and Mother took me on so many wonderful vacations. Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall were all wonderful.

It was wonderful, the places we would go. But the true joy came from the beauty of nature, the fun times, and constant laughter with the family we traveled with, the lessons learned at sea on the Catamaran with our Fathers, the wisdom they imparted to us about life as we sailed, lessons about the sea or the mountains, depending on where we were...all of it priceless. I suppose that’s why I have traveled so much with my daughter. Traveling gets people out of their rut. They discover new places - together - , share new experiences - together - enjoy life - together. Every day life tends to separate us. Vacations do not have to be uber expensive or posh. Just getting out of town for a night or two can refresh the spirit and renew not only your mind but your relationships.

My poetry book, “Heartbeats”, is in the process of being uploaded to Amazon by my editor, Nikki G. A compilation of poetry about love, loss, pain, and joy. You will have your choice of hard and soft copy, ePub, and two different covers. One cover is being designed by my talented artist friend, Ann Watcher. She is a true American Impressionist. You can find her at www.annwatcher.com. She has won major awards from the distinguished Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionist Society. She is as sweet and kind as her art is beautiful. I am so honored that her work will grace the cover of my first book of poetry. Thank you so much, Ann! Attached is the cover for “My Winter Holiday” and “Heartbeats”. Ann’s cover will make its debut in time for Valentine’s Day.
